NexBill may collect the following information:

• Account information, such as name, email address, username, password credentials, and profile avatar.
• Client or member information that you enter, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, branch assignments, and related billing or membership details.
• Product and service information that you enter, including names, types, and prices.
• Invoice information, including invoice numbers, references, line items, totals, statuses, generated document links, and related client details.
• Membership form information, including submitted form fields, contact details, selected membership options, consent confirmations, signatures, approval status, and signed PDF snapshots.
• Branch information used to organize users, clients or members, products, invoices, templates, forms, and operational access.
• Notification information, including push notification tokens and in-app notification records.
• Usage and technical information needed to operate NexBill, such as session cookies, device push token registration, API requests, crash diagnostics, and basic device/app environment information.

We use information to:

• Create and manage your NexBill account.
• Let you create, update, view, and share invoices.
• Manage clients or members, products, services, invoice statuses, branch records, and dashboard summaries.
• Build membership forms, receive public form submissions, collect signatures, review submissions, and convert approved submissions into member records.
• Generate, review, and store signed PDF snapshots of submitted membership forms.
• Send service-related notifications about account and billing activity.
• Provide support, troubleshoot issues, protect sessions, and maintain app security.
• Improve app reliability and release quality.

We do not sell personal information.

Information may be shared only when needed to operate NexBill, such as:

• With backend hosting, database, storage, email, notification, or infrastructure providers.
• With a recipient you choose when sharing an invoice document or membership form link.
• With WhatsApp or messaging providers when you choose to share invoice documents or membership form links through those channels.
• When required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

NexBill sends app and public form data to the NexBill backend over encrypted HTTPS connections. Account sessions are maintained with cookies. Some preferences and push notification details may be stored on the device using secure local storage.

Sensitive membership fields and signatures are submitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Submitted forms can be reviewed and stored as signed PDF snapshots.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

If you grant notification permission, NexBill may register a device push token and send service-related notifications. You can disable notifications in your device settings.

If you choose to upload a profile avatar, NexBill requests access to your photo library so you can select an image. The selected image is uploaded to the backend for use as your profile avatar.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide NexBill, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. You may request account or data deletion using the contact details below.

You can:

• Update profile details in the app.
• Choose whether to grant notification and photo library permissions.
• Request support, data access, correction, or deletion.
• Stop using the app and request account deletion.

NexBill is intended for business users and is not directed to children.
