Pricing Structure
Overview
NexBill is a subscription-based invoicing, billing, branch operations, and membership intake platform. Customers choose a plan before checkout, and paid access remains active while the subscription is current.
All self-service paid plans are billed monthly in South African Rand through Paystack.
Online invoice payments are available on Business and Enterprise plans. Free and Pro plans can create and share invoices, but do not include customer online payment collection.

Online Payments
Business and Enterprise customers can send invoices with online payment links, collect payments from order forms, and use Paystack virtual terminals for in-person collections. After a successful invoice payment is confirmed, NexBill updates the invoice status automatically.
Terminal payments can be synced or captured from Paystack webhooks, reviewed in payment history, and reconciled back to invoices by authorized users.
Customer card details are not stored by NexBill. Payment details are handled by the payment provider during secure checkout.
Payment provider transaction fees may apply. If NexBill introduces platform fees for online payments later, those fees will be shown clearly before they apply.
Enterprise Pricing
Enterprise pricing is quoted based on the customer's expected invoice volume, number of users, WhatsApp usage, branch, membership form, order form, payment terminal, and settlement tracking requirements, onboarding requirements, support requirements, and any custom integration work required.
Once-off onboarding or integration fees may apply to Enterprise customers where custom setup is required. These fees are quoted before payment.
Billing Notes
The Free plan has no subscription charge.
Paid subscriptions are charged monthly. Customers can cancel their subscription from the billing area of their account or by contacting NexBill support.
Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the NexBill Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Subscription use is also governed by the NexBill Terms of Service.
